Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains how Sixty Studios Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website and the software we use to operate our YouTube channels. Sixty Studios Ltd is the data controller.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not ask you to provide any personal data. Our hosting provider may process basic technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site securely.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and the contents of your message only to reply to you. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, and then delete it.

Our use of YouTube API Services

Our internal software uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos, playlists and metadata on YouTube channels that we own. By using YouTube API Services we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• The software is used only by Sixty Studios staff to manage our own channels. It is not offered to the public, and we do not ask other people to sign in with their Google accounts.
• The only Google account data we access is the data of our own channels (for example, our videos, playlists and upload status), which we use solely to publish and organise our content.
• We do not sell, share or transfer YouTube or Google user data to third parties.
• Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Public data in our videos

Some of our videos feature publicly available gaming data, such as leaderboard records, player display names and times, which we use to credit the players concerned. If you appear in one of our videos and would like your name removed or corrected, contact us and we will act promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise these rights, email contact@sixtystudios.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
